Growing up in a Christian family was “easy”, you did this and that and made sure you remained within the bounds of being a good child of God. That was that, heaven here we come. Of course we prayed: Before meals and ate like bird (food we didn’t plant or harvest); Before bed (slept like the dead, worrying about nothing). However the older we get, we begin to fill as though God is getting sloppy at getting things done the way we deem acceptable.
Life was never meant to be lived alone, they’re so much going on around us, noises from all around us and if we’re not grounded into a Godly community, we’re making ourselves a vulnerable prey to the enemy.
Our thoughts influence the quality of our lives - sometimes the way we live may reveal a direct reflection of what’s inside our hearts and many people are bond to a negative thought pattern. Perhaps, you can’t stop fear from drilling into your soul, or you’re still thinking that you’re not enough and you will never be.
Consistency in the right thing produces good character and traits. Don’t let the worry of this world overwhelm you, be consistent in what you love, and watch God fight for you.
I know how hard, and unfair life can be. I know how painful, and frustrating trials can be. However, if there’s one thing you need to be praying for: it’s not an increase of faith, God can’t increase your faith, and apart from the grace and strength that He gives you. Ask for an enduring spirit!
You Are You, I Am Me
Do not look down on yourself, it is depreciating the work of the hand of the Lord. Rejoice instead, for you are more valuable than you know. You are beautiful. Do not be frustrated if no one can see it, I can see it and want you to know that you are beautiful. Creating you was not a waste of time, but the will of the being who spoke existence into being, for a plan and purpose fitted for you and you alone.
The humble way is when people recognize the magnitude of their goal and commit to taking the right approach to reaching the goal, by coming up with a plan divided into progressively attainable steps.
